Where to buy a cheap 3 channel radio controller for remote controlled hovercraft?

I'm planning to build a remote controlled hovercraft and I'd like to buy a radio control for it that has two 'up and down' lever switches to control the two forward and reverse fans and an on off switch to control the lift fan. Does anyone know where to buy one? I'm looking for something fairly cheap (binary signal, short range) but I haven't had any luck finding one yet. Thanks for any help.
